Payment & Order Processing

  • We offer Cash on Delivery as the only Payment option for the purchase of product from our online store. Customer have to pay at time of delivery.
  • Before we process any order, the confirmation call will be made to the phone number provided at time of placing an order. The order can only be process after the confirmation; our representative may inquire certain information for verification. We will make three attempt to contact customer; after that the order will be considered cancelled and email will be sent for notification.
  • We offer free delivery all over Pakistan. In case if we are unable to dispatch the product to customer destination due to logistic or any unforeseen reason then our representative will inform customer by making a call to provided phone number.
  • Prices may vary due to $ fluctuation so please confirm the price before order process. We try to replicate the prices and inventory in time at website but due to any technical reason if it not happens we may inform via phone call or whatsapp.
  • Any additional charges, taxes or handling cost will be shown at time of placing an order.
  • The order can also be cancelled when our representative call customer for order confirmation. Once the order is processed it cannot be cancelled.

Shipment Policy

  • All orders will be dispatched through our courier partner.
  • Customer will receive an email once their order is processed.
  • The shipment is received within 3-5 working days of the order. However, in some cases, it may take longer. If there is a delay in shipment for more than 7 days, we will inform customer by email or phone.
  • In case our courier partner unable to reach customer in first attempt of delivery they may contact the customer by making a call, we appreciate facilitating them for delivery of package. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to the parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning the parcel to us. Once the parcel has been shipped back to us by the courier partner, we will automatically cancel that order.
  • The package will only be handed over to customer when full payment is made to our courier partner representative.
  • In case the parcel received by customer is damaged they should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our Order Processing Center.

INACCURACIES OF INFORMATION

  • There may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order)

CHANGE IN PRODUCTS 

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer device display of any color will be accurate.
  • All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
  • We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product or Service.
