Returns, Exchange & Cash Back Policy
We have simple polices regarding returns, exchange and cash back. Please read them carefully.
Exchange: We have 7 day exchange policy meaning if you do not like the product or it does not fit, you can exchange it with the same product or any other product. Courier charges for exchange will be borne by the customer. Exchange will only be accepted if the product is unused and returned in its original packing. If there is any fault in the product then we will change that but for this process customer will have to send that product at our address and then we will send the product again.
Return: We have 7 day return policy meaning if you do not like the product or it does not fit, you can return. Return will only be accepted if the product is unused and returned in its original packing. Courier charges for return will be borne by the customer.
Refund/Cash back: If you do not like the product and want your money back then return the product unused in its original packing to the company within 3 days of you receiving it. You will receive 70% of your invoice amount back. Your payment will only be processed if the product is not damaged or used. It will take 10 days to process your refund. Courier charges for refund/cashback will be borne by the customer.
We will refund amount by mobicash and transaction deduction is by mobicash not by us so we will not be responsible for this deduction.
